The CurvesSmart® system indicates the intensity members should reach on each machine based on their personal goals and fitness level and tracks workout data such as the number of repetitions performed per machine, range of motion, how well the muscle strength is balanced throughout the body and approximate calories burned. Members receive moment to moment feedback so that they can see where they might need to adjust and how close they are to reaching their goals.
